The most obvious feature that indicates a controlled demolition, is the almost even collapse of the building. This shows that all the supports for the structure failed at the same time. Some coincidence eh? This video evidence is so compelling that no other evidence is really necessary (many thanks to http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/ and J M King aka PlaguePuppy for the videos and animated-gifs).
